Consultation Terms
Please note that we are based in the UK and operate within UK working hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to take calls outside of these hours. If you are an international client within an approximate 4+/- hour time difference, please email us prior to booking so we can confirm availability.
Invoices are sent prior to all consultations to confirm your time slot of either 30 or 60 mins. This must be paid in full before the call begins. Unpaid bookings may be cancelled automatically.
Cancellation Policy
Consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
Late Policy
Please ensure you join your consultation on time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, the session may need to be shortened or cancelled depending on availability. Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled consultation time.
